Geron Corporation is an advanced-stage biopharmaceutical company dedicated to the creation and market introduction of treatments for myeloid blood cancers. Its primary drug candidate, imetelstat, is a telomerase inhibitor currently undergoing Phase 3 clinical evaluation.
